Many white people feel stuck with making meaningful antiracist changes. I’ve been there. Through my speaking, I help white leaders and white-led organizations move through these uncharted waters with imagination and grace for ourselves and our teams.
It should not be the burden of our Black, Indigenous, and POC colleagues to help us work through our issues related to racial inequities. I hold space for white leaders to process in a way that doesn’t cause harm in multiracial spaces.
